2009: So Much More Fun Than 2008 So Far

That's not saying much, but it's hard not to make the comparison. Last year at this time I was still getting used to weekly IVs, baldness and daily naps. This year, I'm looking forward to finishing my final two drug infusions, considering my hair color options and choosing walking over snoozing. Not to mention, I've had the good fortune to enjoy some really great times already in 2009, like a weekend in San Diego - including, on my birthday, my very first whale sighting - and a visit from my mom.
