An Apple A Day...
I've discovered a really yummy apple and had to pass along the love. It's called the Pacific Rose and it's only available for a short time. Similar to the Honeycrisp, except perhaps a bit sweeter. For a true taste delight, slice and eat it alongside a chicken sandwich with spicy mustard -- the flavor combo is perfect.

I just discovered these by accident last week. I don't always go in for the new fangled frankenfruit. I thought I was buying a trusty Fuji or Braeburn. It was damn tasty!
