A Little Like a Tree in Autumn

I stepped out into our backyard today and couldn't help but feel a new affinity for our ginkgo tree. See those leaves on the ground? And how few of them are left on the branches? That gives you a pretty good idea of what my hair situation is right now. On the bright side, I have a much deeper appreciation for folks with thin hair. I will never again complain about my abundant locks!
